Gifts for Little Ones Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. The Toy Wagon Gifts for Little Ones Giveaway 2023 (the “Giveaway”) is open to eligible entries between 09:00 (9:00am) on Wednesday, 24th May 2023 and 17:00 (05:00pm) on Tuesday, 06th June 2023 NZDT. Entries received after this time will be deemed ineligible, regardless of the reason for lateness. 
  2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
  3. Participants must be over 18 years of age to enter.
  4. In order to enter the Giveaway, you must: - Sign up to The Toy Wagon NZ Newsletter via the following sign-up form. 
  5. One participant having submitted an eligible entry will be selected at random to receive one (1) Little Ones Prize Pack valued at over $200.
  6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway.
  7. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  8. The winners of the Giveaway will be contacted via email by sales@thetoywagon.co.nz by 1pm Wednesday 07th June NZDT. The winner will not be contacted by any other accounts or email addresses in regards to this competition. 
  9. If the winner does not respond to their winner notification within 72 hours of being contacted, they forfeit their prize, and another winner will be chosen at random and contacted.
  10. The winner’s name will not be released unless the winner gives The Toy Wagon NZ written approval to do so.
  11. The Toy Wagon NZ has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disrespectful behaviour by participants towards other participants or the The Toy Wagon team. Those who disrespect the community with aggressive, violent, discriminatory, or hateful messages will be automatically disqualified from the Giveaway.
